New Revisions

 Prologue// seen in a somewhat ink and silhouette style minimal color.

In a world of chaos and darkness, it was said the spirit Esu was the cause of this evil. He had a mysterious power over death and fortune. Out of the 9 great spirits, I was chosen to kill him. I searched for him, but Esu disappeared without a trace. Inside his temple I found he left two treasures. Chaos still remained, an evil thought to be extinguished became a curse.

End Prologue

Title Sequence enters “The Tribals” 

Narrator 

“It is said Esu knows the true evil and how to destroy it”

 Outside the Temple

A boy,Oyo, is seen walking on a path towards a temple of some sorts.  Oyo is seen standing in front of a worn down broken temple. A closeup is seen of him, he wears a long grey robe, hat, woven boots, and gold earrings.He walks to the entrance of the temple, two identical statues of skeletons are seen guarding it and ideographic inscriptions are seen. The writings are translated to say this riddle.

 ” See through my lies, and through my disguise, reflect on your eyes, the curse I despise.”

 Oyo continues on inside exploring through this temple. Inside of the temple he finds piles of skulls adorned around the walls, the floor, everywhere.  In the middle sits a skeleton rested against an open coffin. On this skeleton a wooden mask is seen attached to a skull. Oyo moves towards the mask slowly and narration is heard as he reaches for the mask.

Narrator

” You will be put in a point between life and death. Where death stands much closer.”

 Oyo finally puts on the mask  

Narrator

 “He can help you find the one who destroyed your tribe.”

 A darkness quickly surrounds his body and constricts his movements. Oyo is seen struggling in pain and in anguish. He falls to the floor with his hands over his head. He looks ahead and reaches out hoping something or someone can help him.

Credits Roll

Post Credit Scene

A flashback is seen with a large spirit standing in a mountain cliff next to the boy.The size comparison is great.

Narrator

” There is only one way.”

The spirit Maigo is seen giving gold earrings to the boy.

Maigo

“These earrings will bind your soul to his.”

Oyo puts on the earrings as he hears.

Maigo

” You will be put in a point between life and death.”

A quick flash is seen and the scene changes.

The spirit Esu is seen grabbing the head of a dark silhouette, a spirit of some sorts. Esu is seen raising the spirit off the ground by the head. On this dark silhouette the gold earrings are seen around his ears.

Maigo

“Where death stands much closer.”
